Perfect Offering, Revelation 14 - Ted

The 144,000 appear to be the “perfect offering” of God’s people that survived the tribulation period. To me this is a sign for those that aren’t raptured prior to the tribulation period that they will need to survive great persecution in order to be part of the 144,000.

Please comment, I would like to know you take on Revelation 14.

I agree, but I can't figure out why it's 144,000. Any idea? Also I have never been curious about this before but my Bible brought attention to the mark of the beast. So why 666?

I don't think they survived the Tribulation period, Rev.14-3 indicated they were redeemed from the Earth, which leads me to think they will be the ones sacrificed during the Tribulation or these "Men" based on Vs. 4&5 were sacrificed for their faith before coming of age (accountability).
