Paul is the man, the life of a missionary is no cake walk. I am encouraged by his trust in God, what an example for anyone who could see his blind faith. I want my faith to be blind and without question.
Blind meaning two things, #1 Trusting in God even though you don't know what could happen. #2 Trusting in God enough to choose to be blind to those things that could happen. Here is a snowboarding analogy, you are standing on top of a double black diamond run for your first time, if you push off and focus on what's in front of you there is a good chance you won't carve to your full potential. If you stop looking forward and focus less on what's in front and more on what is at your feet then your potential is greater because one turn at a time won't be as overwhelming.
1.) To share what God is speaking as we read His word.
2.) Who can post? Men who are committed to meeting every 2 weeks in person to discuss No 1.
3.) In general we are following the "Solid Life Journal" Reading plan which is posted at the bottom of the Blog, but anything that is inspired by reading His word is acceptable.
